Questionnaire
After you sign up we will ask you to complete a short design questionnaire. This allows us to understand what you want and we can then research what other similar companies do. We also look at current design trends, what we know works well from a marketing perspective and other strong external industry websites. This stage is all about us understanding what you want but adding our design and marketing experience to complement your project.
Design
We will create a design for you to review and then work with you until you are happy to sign it off. We offer unlimited revisions until sign off and it’s important that we do not start the build until you are ready. Please note that once the design is approved and the project moves onto the build stage that any design changes may incur an additional charge.
Build
Once the design is agreed upon we will commence the build of the website. at this stage you will need to provide the content of the website(text ,images, product descriptions, you terms and conditions etc.. )
Launch
When the build is complete we will put the website live. If you already own your domain name then we will work through the different options with you to figure out the best domain configuration for your project. Regardless of if it is a new domain or an existing domain we will inform Google to re-index the website starting its journey towards your audience.
Maintenance
After the website is launched you will then need to maintain the website.This may include updating plugins and keeping the website secure we can help with that we also include taking regular back ups so if the website does go down for whatever reason we can have it back up and running in no time so you don’t lose business.
